Mu Administrator beta 1.0

Added Character editor and accounts
Within the character editor can edit for the time being need to write the name of the pj to get id. next update will be able to view all pj an account.

Pj Name, Class, Level, Master Level, Points, Points masters, Resets

Strength, Agility, Vitality, Energy, Command (Only if Darklord).

PkLevel, PCPoints

In the edit account section may edit:

Mail, Password (allows: md5 or without) and VipMoneys

He repaired some errors

Added some help text to indicate form guilds to add, change class, pklevel among others ..

Fixed connectmember reading and writing. Now delete users vip expired.

нет это прога для админов серверов,типа мумейкера только тут кажется вещи нельзя рисовать.

не понимаю смысла в данном релизе, т.к уже есть MuMaker и большего не нада . . . ну за релиз серавно спасибо!
