Как выиграть в лотерею с помощью модуля или скрипта в онлайн играх

Может кто встречал на просторах инета или имеет какую-нибудь информацию о таком модуле или скрипте как лотерея?
Погуглил на этот предмет но как-то без результатов.

+ MsSQL Server Accessible
++ Base de données MU Season II, Season III
accéssibles
+ PHP 5.x.x+, marche aussi avec php4.
++ Extension mssql (php.ini)
++ Output_buffer = 4096 (php.ini)

+ Marche avec Mozilla Firefox et MsIE7 (utilisez Firefox de préférence )

Installation:

1 - Copiez le dossier "webshop" dans le dossier WWW(pour Apache).

2 - Ouvrez "/webshop/wshconf.php" avec un éditeur de texte (notepad, bloc-notes ou autres éditeurs de texte)

3 - Tapez "https://votre_site_web/install/" Pour installer le Webshop.
A la fin, vous n'avez pas besoin d'effacer le dossier INSTALL,
quand l'installation est terminé il restreint automatiquement tout accès.

4 - Ouvrez "https://votre_site_web/webshop/" et logguez vous avec le login et mot de passe de votre compte Mu.

Немного не донес идею.
Например у игрока есть 10 000 000 зен.
На них он на сайте или еще каким образом может купить билет в лотерею.
Приз назначается администрацией сервера.
Ну и например через сутки - скрипт рандомным выбором определяет имя победителя и кладет в его сундук приз.

причем тут аукцион?? Это обычная лотерея, но лучше бы реализовать что-то вроде рулетки - интересней...
